The AI market has no shortage of information. Demos, tool updates, prompt collections and videos are everywhere. What is often missing is someone who sees your work, asks good questions and makes the next experiment small enough to actually happen.

That is where 1:1 AI coaching comes in. It complements specialist courses and technical implementation, helping you turn both into an applicable skill.

What makes 1:1 coaching different

General training aims for reach: many people get the same introduction. A good 1:1 format aims for practical application. It begins with a concrete task.

  • Built around your context: Your role, data, tools and competing goals determine the exercise.
  • Regular practice: A weekly rhythm turns a successful prompt into a dependable work routine.
  • Independent judgement: That includes recognising when a model is not the right answer.
  • Feedback and perspective: You get follow-up questions and an informed assessment, beyond another chat response.
The best indicator

If a tool workshop leaves you motivated but you are back at square one two weeks later, you probably need a regular training rhythm.

Who is individual AI coaching for?

It is particularly suited to people with real decision-making authority or significant professional responsibility: leaders, senior specialists, founders, consultants and product owners. They rarely need an introductory demo. They need a thinking partner for work quality, prioritisation and responsible use.

It is less suitable if you are looking for:

  • a finished software solution implemented for you;
  • a legally binding privacy or AI Act assessment;
  • 24/7 support or an answer to every message without prioritisation;
  • a passive video course at the lowest possible price.

From an introductory call to your individual AI training plan

Three months gives you enough time to observe results as well as gather ideas. There is no need for a rigid syllabus. A useful process starts with an introductory call and develops from your real work:

  1. Getting to know you & your starting point: In a remote call, we discuss your role, goals, real tasks, tools and boundaries, then decide whether the format fits.
  2. Your training plan: We establish a baseline, quality standards, safe tool boundaries and your first exercises.
  3. Weekly practice: We train on a current piece of your work: a prompt, workflow, decision or agent idea.
  4. Review & next step: We assess the output and your growing ability to choose the next step yourself.

Automation and tools: let the work guide the decision

Working well with AI does not mean buying every new tool or automating every task. We first look at recurring work: what should remain human, what can AI prepare, and where is a checkpoint needed? That informs the choice of a tool, a workflow, or a decision against automation.

What is a reasonable price for 1:1 AI coaching?

A fair price covers more than a 60-minute video call. Preparation, follow-up questions, context switching and asynchronous feedback are part of the service. WORKAI OUT offers three plans: Community at €190 per month, with resources and a monthly live session; Premium at €790 per month, with four weekly 1:1 sessions and clearly bounded support over three months; and VIP at €1,890 per month, with two hours of personal time per week and a round table. It is priced above a budget course and deliberately below a typical enterprise consulting engagement.

What matters is whether recurring work becomes better, safer or more independent after three months. That is why the programme needs a goal and a review.

A better question before you start

Start by asking: “Which part of my work would improve in three months if I could use AI confidently?” If the answer is concrete, coaching can make sense. If it is still vague, a short fit check is a better first step.
